  I definitely made the right choice in picking David Silverstein to represent me. He was not only supportive throughout the entire case, but was always happy to take the time to explain the process and make sure me and my family were comfortable. I found both David and Gabriel to be knowledgeable, professional and very hard working. I’d recommend their services to anyone with a personal injury case!

  I talked with several lawyers about my case before hiring David, and I know that I made the right choice. David was the one lawyer that asked about me, he made it personal and included my wife in the bottom line of what to expect. He understood that this did not only affect me but my family and work. He worked hard on my case and was very detail oriented threw out. When it looked like there was no chance to settle he brought in a trial lawyer of his and he told me that when the other lawyers see who it is they will start talking and they did, we settled in less than 2 weeks. I not only got a great lawyer I've made a great friend !!

  I met with Mr. Lependorf last April after receiving a few injuries from a car accident a few days prior. During our initial conversation, I sensed that Mr. Lependorf was not only compassionate and understanding, but he was also the expert in dealing with these types of cases. As the year progressed, I maintained communication with Mr. Lependorf’s office and always received updates on my case. If I had any questions, Mr. Lependorf always responded and if I ever displayed any impatience, he always reassured me that things were progressing and that the process was necessary. I always appreciated Mr. Lependorf’s honesty which was always delivered with compassion. And he continued the work behind the scenes to ensure I received a fair settlement. A year and just a few months later, I received a settlement which I believe is fair, all thanks to Mr. Lependorf and his caring and professional staff!

  I worked with David Silverstein on a personal injury case after having been hit by a drunk driver. He was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and I felt like I was in great hands from beginning to end. His secretarial staff was incredible as well, very efficient with contacting me and keeping me updated on my case. My case was settled in less than a year and I was so grateful for his help and his justice served. If someone were to ask for legal services I would recommend this firm in a heartbeat.
